In this opinionpiece, we suggest a six-layered 6M hierarchal classificationof nutrients that offers a comprehensive and completeunderstanding of nutrition. Mega, macro, meso, micro,micro-bio, and minimization of anti-nutrients make up the6M list of nutrients.
