It includes not only sleep hygiene andprevention of sleeping pill abuse, but also macro- andmeso-level interventions to improve sleep quality. Theperson living with sleep disorder, their family, members ofsociety, health care professionals, and policy makers: allhave a role to play in sleep stewardship.
