However, lesions that cause a significant masseffect necessitate intervention, primarily through surgicalmeans. Additionally, in cases of significant unresectablelow-grade residual meningioma or high-grade tumours,radiation therapy becomes essential. Notably, currentmanagement guidelines predominantly reflect dataderived from high-income countries, failing to addressconstraints prevalent in the developing world, such aslimited financial resources and restricted access toadvanced surgical facilities. This manuscript introducesguidelines specifically tailored for the management ofmeningioma in patients from low- and middle-incomecountries, considering their unique healthcare challengesand resources.Keywords: Meningioma, brain neoplasms, health care,neurooncology.
