Madam, I am happy that you took out time to read my article and bring to light about the study design and statistical analysis.

My article was initially randomized control trial but as there was absence of prior registration at WHO for clinical trial study necessary changes were made in the original article for case control study.

Regarding the analysis, the relative risk ratio and odds ratio are both used to measure the medical effect of a treatment or variable to which people are exposed. In a case-control study one can only calculate the odds ratio, i.e. an estimate of relative effect size, because one cannot calculate incidence. Moreover, our study was double blinded hence it nullifies of being a bias study.

Your comments are of immense value and will help in study design and analysis in future publications.
